Practices buying into strata medical suites should scope the plant location and pipe routes before exchanging, because some tenancies cannot physically accommodate dental services without major concessions.
Construction zones inside operating practices are controlled areas. Keep patients and staff clear of hoarded work zones, never remove dust barriers or containment seals, and report any damage to shielding, services or fire separation to the site supervisor immediately.
